At CSS our technicians are familiar with a wide variety of technology hardware both new and old, and if we aren’t familiar with what you or your company are using we take pride in our ability to efficiently learn the specifications and operations of hardware as well as effectively communicate and train new users on how to use said hardware. We are available in One on One training sessions, Team training sessions, and On Call training for new users to get a crash course on an unfamiliar piece of equipment or a tenured employee who just needs a refresher.
Hardware training starts with some basic information about the hardware you need training with and what you hope to accomplish with said piece of hardware as well as how many people need to know how to use it. Having this information helps us at CSS determine the best technician and training plan for your company’s particular situation. Software Training
(Microsoft & Apple Systems)
Software comes with many layers of complexity with some programs like Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF able to be used in a basic way without a deeper knowledge of what the program can do. However programs that your business relies on like your POS system or CRM require a certain level of knowledge in order to function efficiently, for example if the users entering new customers in your companies CRM does not understand the ins and outs of the program they may be limited in what they can do beyond simply entering customer data. With added Software training that same employee that could only enter customer data could begin pulling reports on customers, setting appointments, sending rehash emails and most importantly cuts down on program confusion related user downtime.
Similarly to our Hardware training our Software training packages are based on how difficult to use the program is and how many users need to learn it. Programs tend to be more in depth and require more training time, which is why for more complex programs we offer Training sessions that can go upwards of a week or more depending on the needs of your company!
People Training
The biggest hurdle new employees face is getting a handle on all the different programs that the company uses on a day to day basis. An employee may be completely competent at the job they are hired to do but not so competent when it comes down to using your software or hardware which can lead to user errors, decrease in production, and frustrations which can lower team moral.
That’s why we offer to train by the person as opposed to by the program or hardware. Simply lets us know the individual user or users as well as the amount of programs they require training in and the names of said programs so we can determine the best course of action to get them up to speed on your company’s systems.
